Exchange & Returns
We accept replacement requests for defective items within 24 hours of delivery. All products must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds or exchanges are only processed for verified manufacturing defects.
Returns/exchanges are not accepted for change of mind or for discounted/sale items. For home pickups, refunds will be issued once the item is received at our warehouse (may take up to 45 days, depending on location). Items damaged after delivery or not in original condition will not be eligible.
Customization Options
At Nara, we are glad to offer colour customisations at no extra cost. We currently have up to 40 swatches available, which you can explore on our Materials & Swatches page.
If you’d like a colour outside of our swatch collection, you can either mention it in the order notes during checkout, or email us at care@naraliv.in with your order number.
