Standard delivery timelines within India range between 7–14 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery to remote or difficult-to-reach areas may take longer.

Any delay due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, government restrictions, etc.) will be communicated to you.
3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.

For select locations or promotional campaigns, we may offer free shipping.
4. Order Tracking

Please ensure accurate and complete address details to avoid delays.

If the delivery is missed, our logistics partner will attempt re-delivery. After two unsuccessful attempts, additional charges may apply for further re-delivery.
6. International Shipping

At present, Nara Livin ships only within India. For international orders, please reach out to us directly at care@naraliv.in to discuss possibilities.
7. Damages During Transit

We take great care in packaging, but in case your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.

Claims for damaged or missing items must be made immediately so we can assist you.
