At Nara Livin, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. Each piece is carefully designed and manufactured in-house, and we want you to love it as much as we loved creating it.
However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy is as follows:
Returns & Exchanges
1. Orders are processed as soon as they are confirmed and therefore cannot be cancelled.
2. Orders placed immediately before a sale cannot be edited or cancelled. If cancelled, the advance paid will be non-refundable.
3. Exchanges are accepted only for manufacturing defects or transit damage, and must be supported with an unboxing video.
4. Every item is quality-checked and recorded before dispatch. The unboxing video from the customer is essential as it allows us to raise damage claims with our logistics partners. Without this, exchanges are not applicable.
5. Items purchased on sale, during promotions, or customised are not eligible for exchange.
6. Customers may request photos of the exact piece before dispatch. If the product does not match personal expectations on arrival, it cannot be exchanged or refunded.
7. For claims, please email care@naraliv.in within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with your order number, photos and the unboxing video.
8. Transit delays are not grounds for cancellation. Delivery timelines are managed by third-party shipping partners.
9. In the rare event of an incorrect item being shipped, a replacement will be arranged.
10. Exchange shipping charges are to be covered by the customer (unless the item received is incorrect).
11. Orders refused or denied at the time of delivery and returned to us will not be refunded.
12. For exchanges, products must be unused, unaltered, and returned in original packaging.
