What materials do you use? Are they durable and easy to maintain?
We primarily use metal with premium finishes, ensuring durability while maintaining a refined aesthetic. Our finishes are resistant to tarnishing and easy to maintain with simple cleaning.
What are the lead times for orders?
Lead times vary based on order size. Standard products ship within 3 weeks.
How do you handle damages or defects in transit?
Nara products come with a 6 month structural warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover natural wear, misuse, or finish changes over time.
Can we customize designs or finishes based on market demand?
Yes, we offer customization to cater to your unique preferences. You can choose from a range of colors and finishes to suit your aesthetic. Customizations will be priced separately based on the selected options. However we have a contract division, where we can customize your designs.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We are happy to accept replacement or refund requests for any defective items within 7 days of the purchase. If your return request is made after 7 days of purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We do not entertain a ‘change of heart’ return/exchange policy.
For merchandise picked up from your home, the refund will be processed once it has been received at our warehouse. Depending on your pick up location, the processing of this refund can take up to 45 days.
To be eligible for return/refund/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will only accept damaged items with a manufacturing defect that happened prior to receiving the product. The refund will only be processed upon verification of the manufacturing defect at our end. We would require a receipt as proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts will not be eligible for replacement or refund. We do not offer returns/exchanges on any discounted/sale items.

Absolutely. We are continuously adding new designs and exploring new material innovations to keep our collection fresh and relevant.
What is your refund policy?
Once your return request is received along with proof and reason for refund, we will send you an acknowledgement email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will be credited on your original method of payment, within 45 days of approval. In case the product is returned, the amount levied on shipping charges would be deducted from the sum paid and the remaining amount will be refunded back to the source account.
