We primarily use metal with premium finishes, ensuring durability while maintaining a refined
aesthetic. Our finishes are resistant to tarnishing and easy to maintain with simple cleaning.

Yes, we offer customization to cater to your unique preferences. You can choose from a
range of colors and finishes to suit your aesthetic. Customizations will be priced separately
based on the selected options. However we have a contract division, where we can customize
your designs.

Lead times vary based on order size. Standard products ship within 3 weeks.

Nara products come with a 6 month structural warranty against manufacturing defects. This
does not cover natural wear, misuse, or finish changes over time.

We are happy to accept replacement or refund requests for any defective items within 7 days of the purchase. If your return request is made after 7 days of purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We do not entertain a ‘change of heart’ return/exchange policy.

For merchandise picked up from your home, the refund will be processed once it has been received at our warehouse. Depending on your pick up location, the processing of this refund can take up to 45 days.

To be eligible for return/refund/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition
that you received it. We will only accept damaged items with a manufacturing defect that happened prior to receiving the product.

The refund will only be processed upon verification of the manufacturing defect at our end. We would require a receipt as proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts will not be eligible for replacement or refund. We do not offer returns/exchanges on any discounted/sale items.
